It’s important to note that police forces will not respond to an audible-only alarm unless they receive confirmation from a person on site that a burglary or break-in is in progress. This prevents them from attending false alarms. This is why intruder alarm monitoring is so important, it ensures the police are contacted if the threat is real, saving police time and protecting your property.
